Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how The Sleepy Easel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

Fine-art prints are produced to order by Creativehub. Estimated production time before dispatch is 1–3 working days for unframed giclée prints and around 10 working days for bespoke-framed prints. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

UK delivery for fine-art prints: Estimated shipping time is 6–10 working days after dispatch, in addition to production time.

For bespoke-framed prints, please allow approximately 16–20 working days in total for production and UK delivery. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

These estimates apply to fine-art prints only, not the Woodland & Wonder A6 card set. Please contact thesleepyeasel@hotmail.com for card-set delivery information before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout
